By accessing and using PikiPic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Permitted Use & Rate Limiting

The Service is provided to individual creators and design teams for subjective, visual critique.

You may submit up to 5 image files per hour under our IP-based rate limiting protection.
You must not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, bypass Turnstile security mechanisms, or flood the API endpoint with automated scripts.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

PikiPic reviews are generated by an artificial intelligence model. Design is highly subjective. The reviews and ratings provided do not constitute professional design consulting, legal advice regarding trademarks, or a commercial guarantee of marketing clickability, click-through rates, or conversion success.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
